Contract Negotiations

Contract Negotiations reviews, negotiates terms and conditions, and obtains the authorized signatures for sponsored and other related research agreements, including material transfer agreements for materials coming to the university.   The unit is responsible for ensuring that the agreements conform to university, agency, federal and state policies and regulations.  The unit also issues subaward agreements.  The unit does not provide legal advice.
